• You cannot request for a refund if the artist you have commissioned has already started your commission.
 

• If you wish to use your commission for commercial purposes, you MUST specify this in your commission request and in addition, pay for copyright. 
 

• The artist's artworks / commissions are not to be used for commercial purposes without knowledge.
 

• The artist has the right to reject your request if you have not followed their do's and don'ts.
 

• You will not claim artworks / commissions done by the artist to be your own work. 
 

• The artist of your commission still holds copyrights on the work.
 

• We accept payments through Paypal only.
